Return Policy

At Baginc we are committed to making online bag shopping experience easy and convenient for our valued customers. This is why, once you buy from us and become a Baginc customer; you can count on getting our full support.

Return or Exchange Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your latest purchase, we offer you the choice to Return the bag(s) to us for a full refund or Exchange your bag(s) with a different bag(s) within 30 days from the original date of purchase.

For a full refund to be issued, you must:

  • Contact us and let us know your reason for returning the merchandise.
  • Follow the instructions mentioned in our follow-up email to send back your order to us.
  • Make sure that the bag(s) are in their original good condition & have not been used.
  • Return the merchandise to us in its original packing along with the invoice. Do not forget to mention the Special Return Code that will be issued to you once you send in your return request.

Please note:

  • Refunds made will not include shipping charges incurred by us while sending you the merchandise as well as costs incurred by you, while returning your purchase to us.
  • The returned merchandise will be inspected by us and if all the above mentioned points are met, a refund will be issued to you. We will email you once the refund on your credit card has been processed at our end. Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days for the refunds to show.
  • This refund policy does not cover items that have been accidently damaged by you, the customer.

For an exchange order to be processed, you must:

  • Contact us and let us know which product(s) would you like (specify the color & style) in exchange for your original purchase.
  • Send us the bag(s) in perfect condition, packed using the original packing material.
  • Include the invoice.

Please note:

  • Bag(s) ordered for exchange must be in stock. In case, the bags are out of stock, we will process the exchange order only once the bag(s) are back in stock and available to us. This can take anywhere between 10 days to a month. We will email you once your exchange order has been processed at our end and shipped to you.
  • This exchange policy does not cover items that have been accidently damaged by you, the customer.
